It's nearly ready for the road now. Thanks to Stevey for double checking the wheel alignment and battery charging. Its back on its new tyres and just a few small issues to sort next

I saw the car at the weekend and I can't say I'm surprised that you won, the car looks fantastic. I took quite a few photos of it to colour match as I have a tourer that I think is also birch grey.
Hi,
It's a great car, that you've finished off beautifully, I admired it myself at the National myself over the weekend. I too am not surprised that it won something.
I love your garage also, what a great space to work on them in. You seem to be a bit of a collector, have you been tempted by another 'project' yet?
I'm sure we'd all be really interested to hear about it when you are.
Best wishes,
Mike.
1954 Series 2: 4 door: "Sally" -- Back on the ground with (slave) wheels, now being sprayed by me, slowly......
1970 Triumph Herald 1200: "Hetty" -- Driven back from Llangollen in Wales (twice.....)
1952 Morris Minor MM highlight with sidevalve engine still fitted, wants work, so joins the queue for now......
Thank you for your kind comments. Since I purchased Jrx I have purchased 2 minors ha ha. A 1970 2 door belfast car. COI 1510. It got a recommissioned and a tidy up. Then I bought PKP a 1953 2 door series mm. Again it was a recommission and tidy up. Both are not to the standard of jrx but both are very good. So the garage is a bit tighter now !!!
With that many you can safely ditch the modern!
Great cars.
Best wishes,
Mike.
