Terry,
the sill areas you showed a few days ago are standard minor rust areas, as is the "b" pillar- all panels available. The rear panel is a bolt on item- it bolts to the wood frame at the back and is not structural, just a bolt on cover panel to stop things falling out the back of the boot!
From what you've shown, your car looks like a good resto project and will make a nice car when done.
