Getting seats re-upholstered

Hi, I have aquired some new seats for the front of my moggie and need them upholstered. My moggie is a trafalger blue 1968 2 door saloon, with blue interior. When getting seats upholstered would I have to supply the correct blue material or would the upholsterer normally do this?
If you know of anywhere good that upholster car seats in my area (Durham, Tyne & Wear) please let me know.
