Are the semaphores held in with a taper headed screw or is there a washer between the screw and body.

I believe there was a washer on the last one I took off.

1970 Triumph Herald 1200: "Hetty" -- Driven back from Llangollen in Wales (twice.....)
1952 Morris Minor MM highlight with sidevalve engine still fitted, wants work, so joins the queue for now......

Chrome on Brass cup washer under a 2BA dome-headed countersunk Philips setscrew.

Is this painted body color or is it chromed.
