I'm new to this group and new to the Morris Minor world. Recently I bought my wife a 1958 2 door Morris Minor 1000 for her early 50th, its such a great little car which needs some love but will be back on the road hopefully soon. It has a 1200 Datsun engine fitted with a brake upgrade. I was so rapped I bought a 1962 2 door to restore for myself
I picked up a 1960 4 door with a 1400 Datsun engine, disc brakes and Marina diff. The body is stuffed but the running gear is great so will be a great donor car. No doubt I will be asking some questions which have been answered many times before
