Splity heater

Nope! The Smiths heater simply has an uncontrolled outlet at the bottom (for knees and ankles!) and an uncontrolled demisting outlet. Air circulation volume is dependent on blower/fan speed (rheostat switch).

Mine has a rheostat too, it's the one with the big cream surround on the dash. It's good that it has clear markings as to how it operates.

It operates in exactly the same way as the switch on the sites but with much clearer instructions. The Smiths' one has a double arrow with 'fast' and 'slow but the white paint has often worn off the letters and arrow and people dont see it.
