Chrome Strip length

Can anyone please tell me the length the chrome strip should be on my 1960 Convertible. I think that mine might have been shortened to make it fit.

Which chrome strip are you referring to?

Thanks for that. Same length as mine which means that the wings on mine must be slightly out! More fuberising required!

Adding fuel to the fire... just measured mine. Also 33 inches. Mine too looks a bit 'short'. Car was home-restored by someone years ago. The bonnet shut lines are pretty good at both leading and trailing edges. The bonnet to wing gaps differ on each side, which highlights the apparent shortness of the chrome trim. Furthermore it doesn't align nicely with either of the hockeysticks.

This is the result of about five hours sweat and toil. I'm quite pleased with the result.
