Anybody experience on having a new set of trunnions and swivel pin, but already axial play on the bottom trunnion?

Speak to the supplier you got it from. I believe they do 2 types and they're a lose fit if you mix the 2.

Called them and they will send a new bottom trunnion to see if that makes a difference.
