Borrowing a Morris minor for a couple hours, happy for you to drive.

Post by Jodiekins »

Hello I was wandering if anyone could help. My mum is 50 on 9th June. Her favourite car is the Morris minor, it's her dream to go in one. I am having trouble finding one that we can use for a few hours. Ones I have found are £200/300 to hire. There's no way I can afford that for,but am desperate to have her ride in one. I live in Barnstaple north Devon, Does anyone live in my area that for a price could take my mum,dad and myself out? Even if it's just for a couple hours, go for a cream tea and then home again. It would make her day so special. Fingers are crossed.

You could try personal message to bpr81a on the site as he / she appears to be the Devon / Exeter Branch contact or look in Minor Matters there may be an up to date local contact there. Good luck - a lovely project !
