Oil filter and air filter identification for 1098 engine.

I have a 1970 Morris Minor. Living in Australia, Morris Minor 1098 series A engines were never imported to Australia so I wish to accurately identify the correct oil filter and air filter. Would the Mini 1098 series A engine of 1970 vintage be identical using the oil filter and air filter?

Only the Mini Clubman was fitted with the 1098cc engine in 1975.

The Limited Edition Mini of 1979 was the only non Mini Clubman to be fitted with the 1098cc engine and was built to celebrate 20 years of Mini Production.

The Mini (that is non Mini Clubman or Limited Edition) was not fitted with the 1098cc engine.
