Closed Circuit Breather ECV Question

Hi all

Could anyone tell me when the introduction of the closed circuit breather/ ECV valve commenced on the Minor Traveller and LCV's ? I assume there must be an engine number for both low and high compression engines at which point fitting commenced, or can anyone provide an engine number which has the device fitted from the factory?
