Breakdown Cover

Post by Andy W »

Does anyone know of a classic multi-car, or personal, breakdown cover?

As far as I can tell, I need to buy separate breakdown cover for a second classic car!

Many insurers offer this. The club scheme through FJ certainly has multi vehicle cover that can include breakdown. RAC offer personal cover that means you can be in any vehicle, and that includes classics.

Got joint cover with my partner, through topcashback it only cost £75. That's without home start tho.

On the very rare occasion that one of the old cars had a fit of the vapours whilst on duty the RAC have come out without a problem. Trouble is most of their mechanics are pretty clueless with old technology.
Still,you get a tow home.
