Indicator switch lamp
Does anyone know if there is an LED replacement bulb for the lamp on the end of the indicator switch stalk? The filament bulb currently fitted looks like a glow-worm with a vitamin deficiency. It would be useful to have something a bit brighter.

Re: Indicator switch lamp
I'm not sure whether there are LED one's available, but if yours is really dim, I suspect there's a problem with either the current bulb or the wiring. In the 7 or so Minors I've owned, they have all been quite bright. Be warned, if too bright, the reflection in the windscreen in the dark is a real pain - I end up using my hand to shield the glare from the screen if using the indicators in the dark, and that's with the standard set up.

Really doubt there is a screw-in replacement but it's probably not too hard to get a small LED, an old burnt lamp and solder the new LED to the old threads.
As above haven't noticed the standard setup being too dim though, could also be a problem with the flasher can maybe?

Sounds like these model railway bulbs might be a suitable replacement but as LEDs are sensitive to polarity you may have to swap the wiring round. Might also be worth checking Maplin or similar for an equivalent 12v E5 LES bulb.
