Traveller Front Pillar

Hi,
I need to replace the O/S front pillar on my Traveller. I've already tested removing the screws and all the main ones came out easily, there were two small screws in the wood that were just turning though. The odd thing is that the big screws seem to come in packs of 6 but I can only find 5 (three outside and two inside). I've searched around for a guide on how to replace the pillar but can't find one. I was wondering if someone could give me a step by step guide on how to replace it.

To do the job properly I suspect you will need to remove the O/S timber frame from the chassis.......
