Hi folks,
After some research I think I've found that the "small" timing cover bolts are 1/4" UNF, but what are the larger ones? I discovered that some of the threads were less than perfect when replacing the timing cover with the mini one that allows room for the tensioner arm.

You are correct in that the small ones are 1/4" UNF - the larger ones are 5/16" UNF threads.
