Type of chassis plate only used 6mths - limits possibilities!
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!

Not really doing anything wrong here though are they? It's just a chassis plate with no documents or suggestion that it could be used...
I suppose in theory it could be applied to a car and then used to get an age related plate, but as an item of 'memorabilia' I don't think it contravenes ebay rules.
