I Remove it from DM2 lucas distibuter , i think it have some broblem with DM2 ( seem to be the back open matal more space or any )

The rotor arm hole has some greas in pic

if you can get a new one , look up accuspark and get them to send you a red rotor for a 25d distributer

Second this, my original one failed and the red rotor has been working without a single problem for almost two years now.

Roy, the grease may be there to stop the rotor from shorting out via the rivet.
Apparently rotor arms with rivets are renown for failing.

All my electrics come from Distributor Doctor.

Condensers, points, rotor arms the lot... excellently made stuff to original OEM standards.

Never had a dodgy moment since fitting his stuff.

You really do get what you pay for.
