Quick and easy question - is it best to top up the battery water before or after charging? Or does it make no difference?

Re: When to top up battery?
Look at ur battery water Leval , the battery mark it MAX - MIN - , when ur battery full charge it 12 .5v to 13.5 v -
Remember The battery water leval ''above the MAX leval ''when u full charge it , sure it overcharging - and check ur battery shape - and check ur battery charger out put voltege it not to be 14v- 24v or more - check ur water leval when ur battery not full charg - it between MAX - MIN - and want to be all shell same leval of ur battery - good luck

Re: When to top up battery?
I think you should make sure that the liquid electrolyte (acid) level is above the top of the plates before starting the charge. Thus any water added will be thoroughly mixed in during the charge by the gas evolved during charging. When fully charged you should then top-up as necessary.

LOOK Battery water leval , it not be Down in MIN (Low) Leval , Then loose all caps of battery for gas , then Charge - Remember check ur charging Voltege , it not More Voltege , and Charging time - best way u use Battery hydrometer to check ur battery condition , if u full charge the meter will show u green leval - Maltimeter will show u 13.5v if ur battery Best or 12 to 13.5 , -if u charge ,But it will show u between Down 11v to 12v , the bad battery .
