Nut and bolt sizes for sill

Hello all
Can someone please confirm the correct size for the sills is 1/4 UNF and would they be 3/4inch long.

Originally they would have been 1/4 BSF, not sure about length.

If it's for the cill finisher channels that run along the edge, the channels gets thinner towards one end, so maybe 5/8" might be better, and because the finishers have slots rather than holes, a plain washer under the bolt head and plain and spring under nut.
