Older and more confused than I could ever imagine possible.

Don't know - it looks very, very blue in the photo - but I'd only recognise Dove grey, to be honest. Do you think that the foot brake isn't working because of "a cable"? Seems unlikely to me...

Could be peal grey? Frilford grey? or if it's been resprayed then perhaps Clarendon grey?

I'd take that as the brakes are shot.

It looks very presentable but this is offered by a trader wanting a further 5% commission on the sale price - and he's got two negatives (15%). Buyer beware!

I would guess that this mog needs a new master cylinder.....

iam with cam here, its look as if its been resprayed in clarendon grey.
i think that colour was used only on split screens.
i wonder if they service'd it after they realised that the brake cable was broken

At that age I think it should have been 'dove grey' however that colour doesn't look like dove grey (grey primer with the slightest hint of beige), and does seem like clarendon grey.
If it was a decent car they would fix it... I do not believe for 1 second that they believe their own description of the brake problem.

Seems a little odd describing a car with no brakes as "mint condition" too...

The driver's seat doesn't match - is that what constitutes a very good interior these days? Looks filthy and mismatched to me...

I've seen cars advertised by Portway before... I don't think the T&Cs allow me to go any further.
Happy Minoring!

You can't beat reupholsery, looks jolly good. Tad too bright for me though, I like the patina of my red interior
