I think maybe it's not,but is this the correct steering wheel for my 65 traveller?Should mine's have the red centre with the 'M' on it?

The wheel is correct, but the horn push is wrong; it should indeed be a red centre with an M. They are readily available and easily fitted.

That is actually the correct horn push for an Austin badged LCV, which is rare and sought after, and looks in very good shape!

That is the correct steering wheel but I and many other people prefer the earlier 3 wire spoked wheel

I believe that the design was changed for safety sake - the later version is designed to "give", whilst the metal spokes just puncture your chest.
