Radiator "scalding" stencils.

Post by TFM150K »

Help! A little while back I purchased a plastic re-usable stencil from a lady who lived near the South coast. In order not to lose it I hung it on a nail in the workshop where it would be safe. I think someone must have removed the nail..........
Can anyone put me in touch with the supplier (I suspect she is on the committee of one of the southern Branches).
Thankyou!

Bull Motif sell a Sticker/Template for £3.95.
Not sure if it is a true stencil or a sticker that looks like a stencil though. :-?

Used one on my car, it is a stencil that sticks to the radiator, then you use some spray paint, let it dry and then unstick the stencil. Worked very well.

TFM, if you're unable to contact her the BM stencil is a good second option.

Were these used on all models, or just early ones?

Thanks, Gabriel, I have used them before - but have a specific use for the rigid plastic one I am trying to get a replacement for!

And be warned - one of the dealers must be selling stencils with a spelling mistake 'cos I've seen two "scolding"s now!
