Transporting Minor by trailer to National Rally.

I must say, I do love the idea of a mobile home towing the Minor, the Minor then used for short trips when the destination is reached, Brilliant.
As for the gentleman dogging, the flat cap would suggest his whippet is on a leash, but hidden by the Minor on the trailer, there that's that cleared up.

I've never seen a Minor towed by a motor home, although I have seen plenty of broken down motor homes being pushed along by the reliable Minor

Just to Clarify, yes I am a MMOC, member have been since I Got my Traveller and finances aren't exactly unlimited which is why am looking to kill 2 birds with one stone with hiring the trailer. I Haven't got the luxury of a garage with the tools of a mini workshop in fact I haven't even got a garage, but going back to the subject My plan is to transport my traveller to the rally then on the way back drop it off at a place that has better facilities for me to do the work. If I didn't go to the rally I would still be hiring one anyway and if I didn't hire one, I would only be paying a car transporter even more to move it for me. Either way I can't work on the brake problem on my drive as I have no way to do it safely.

BRLSM, I understand why you need to trailer, so let's leave that aside and look at what you need to fix.

Front brake. Buy two wheel cylinders (remember, they are handed, one sort for the left, one for the right; two cylinders in each wheel). One, possibly both of your cylinders have seized. Buy the "genuine" parts, not pattern. More expensive, but worth it. You might as well service the brakes properly, so fit new shoes and return springs at the same time - fit shoes as a set of 4, 2 per side.

Electrics sounds like some dodgy wiring and/or a faulty switch (switch usually very reliable, so unlikely to be faulty). Check the earth connection on all lights. Check the wiring behind the dashboard and make sure that all connectors are tight, and on the correct terminals. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice only thing is do you still think they can seize when they are fairly new? I had the master and all slave cylinders replaced on it a year or 2 ago as the master started leaking, then a slave and after looking at the rest they were not far behind in condition so they were all replaced.

Slave cylinders need using to keep them moving freely, particularly if using standard brake fluid. I have known cars have cylinders fitted for one MOT, then cover about 100 miles in a year, only to find the slaves seized again at the next MOT. The only way to be certain is to whip the drum off and have a look; but if the brakes won't release, then I'm afraid that there aren't many causes.
