Headlamp adjustment

Just went to adjust my headlights and discovered someone at some point has bodged the heigh adjustment on the offside lamp. Instead of a captive nut behind there was a very long bolt with a very seized nut on it. the flat head cap sheared off before the nut would budge!

Anyway, is the easiest option just to buy a new bowl? My bowl has three adjustments and is already converted to halogen, ebay mentions a few types of bowl though.

You can gt plastic bowls - one less part to rust
