Has anyone tried the vinyl/leather repair kits that come with a selection of coloured repair pastes and some grained paper (and sometimes a heating tool)?
Are they any good? I'm guessing bigger holes would need to be bridged underneath with a spare piece of vinyl before applying the colour repair? Any advice?
Or is this something better entrusted to an upholsterer/seat restorer?
Thanks all

I don't think there's a definitive answer on this one. Depends on your budget and the look that you want. You can sometimes get great secondhand seats that match for not a lot of money. But there could be lots of satisfaction in restoring the original seats.
