More cylinder head issues.

SRS Engineering In Sutton are doing the head and block overhaul, we removed the valves stripped down the engine, engine work:-
Polish main ends of crank, Regrind big end, new bearings to suit, new camshaft, hone cylinder and new piston rings, heavy clean of block and head, new valves and springs, new oil pub, machine surfaces, head-block, exhaust various other components to clean, and new parts, est, £600.

Why a new camshaft? Will there be new followers with it? And I would have reground the mains.... TBH - it sounds a lot for what is only a 'light refresh' on the engine......
