Website updates
Looks like the Webmaster is asleep! The new magasine is out but the "front cover" image on the website is of the previous edition - has been for some time now.

Re: Website updates
Cam Shaw has just taken over on I believe an interim basis, so if anyone wants the job I am sure that their application will be considered

Maybe I should apply... could send myself all those 'warning' emails !!!
Just relaxing with a wee glass of Malt George -after spending a day wrestling with bathroom plumbing... groan...

Re: Website updates
The job advert and details of how to apply are in the current issue of Minor Matters for anyone interested in the post.

Hi,The new magasine is out but the "front cover" image on the website is of the previous edition - has been for some time now.
I have taken over as Interim Webmaster and am still getting to grips with all the ins and outs of the website. It has been massively overhauled by Jon Rocke since I used to do it years ago so I am trying to get to grips with all of Jon's modifications!
Please bear with me. This is an unpaid voluntary position and I do work full time, but I will do my best for us all.
I have put a sticky notice in General Discussion informing everyone, so please have a look at that.
If you click on the picture of Minor Matters, it now takes you to the updated version, but the smaller version seems embedded and I have not yet sorted out how to alter it!
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and if you spot anything else, please PM me and I'll do my best to get it sorted out, or at the very least let you know why it has not been sorted.
Thanks and wish me luck...
Cam.

Cam,
Wishing you all the best in getting back into a Webmaster Role (temporary) - at least you have been here before.
Good luck,
George.

Doesn't help when you get back and some bloke has nicked your chair.

Re: Website updates
Thanks, Roy & George for those words of encouragement, they seem to have worked as I have figured out the Minor matters small image now on the main page!
Dave, yes, the NEC was exhausting. 11 halls, 540 photos taken in 4 hours. No wonder I ache today.
It did not really matter that 'someone' had nicked my chair. I was that exhausted that I just sat on the floor and ate my sandwiches. No standing on ceremony there I'm afraid!.
