Hi Marky,

I know where you're coming from. As with anything electrical, don't connect it until you're 100% sure where it's meant to go. If that means finding a circuit diagram and buzzing things through with a meter then so be it. I work in motorsport where wiring is designed to be fool proof and can only ever be connected the right way with multiway connectors etc. Classic car wiring isn't always that well thought out.
