G day all
With reference to the seals on the front suspension referred to as 'Seal-link' and 'Seal-ring - fulcrum pin - outer' in the Nuffield Workshop Manual, it is disappointing that parts suppliers sell rubber ones that are lucky to last 12 months before falling to pieces allowing water and foreign matter to enter the trunnion threads and fulcrum pin.
Does anyone know of a source of these seals that made from nitrile or neoprene material (which, unlike rubber, are resistant to mineral oil/grease) as they should be?

I find that the trunnion seals fitted to the Marina/Ital and which are the same inside diameter and depth but a little bit thicker than the Minor ones are of a much better quality; and if you can find a NOS Marina/Ital bottom trunnion kit you not only get the trunnion seals but the trunnion pin with two nuts/spring washers, the trunnion pin thrust washers, a grease nipple and if carefully extracted the two bushes in the trunnion pin which are the same as the Minor.
Unfortunately the Marina/Ital swivel pin seals are not suitable for use on the Minor as the diameter of the Marina/Ital bottom swivel is larger than the Minor.

I gave up on the standard seals and now wrap self-amalgamating tape round a new seal when it's fitted. Been working OK for tens of 1000's of miles, but you do still need to grease regularly!
