Black Patches on Leather Seats

Hi all, I tried cleaning my faded seats, some has come up relatively well but there are some black patches now, anyone here encountered this? and also is there anything to colour them without using the dyes or vinyl spray paint?

I've noticed these seats look to be an older design to most seats seen on here, where would I find seat covers for these particular seats?

cheers, A little over my budget, I may have to try the woollies spray paint first. Im getting some for my door cards anyway.
