Indicator stalk
What causes the indicator stalk on a later model MM to switch off after turning?
Re: Indicator stalk
There is a 'peg' which causes the self-cancelling. Details of where it is and how to adjust it are in this thread: http://www.mmoc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f= ... indicators

Re: Indicator stalk
Assuming its the same as the 1000, a small square lug on the steering colum, a pair of sprung 'fingers' on the stalk adjacent to the steering colum.
The lug can be mis-aligned if the colum has been removed and its a bit tricky to line up with the fingers (which may have lost or worn out their spring mechanisms). (link above says same, in a more detailed way)
