Ref. Morris Minor with Jersey plate

I have just procured a 1952 Morris Minor in Clarendon green original reg no NNR84 in Jersey. This car was owned by Ray Newell I have
A full history of car that Ray paid and also that he sold it to guy called Ken who lived in North Yorks. The car is in beautiful condition, because the car was exported to Jersey by Ken I would like if possible to get NNR84 plate back. The car was also feature in the book written by Ray Newell and also in Morris Minor purist. Is there anyone out there to give me advice on contacting Ray Newell

It's original reg was NRR 84 not NNR,
Here it is at Woolaton park , Nottingham, in 1986.[frame][/frame]
