Cracked Wheel Cylinder

Post by Bidz »

The general advice about not buying pattern cylinders for front brakes should be upheld.

I bought a set from GS Jones a little while ago, and after investigating why my brakes were binding I have found the cylinder is cracked, impeding the piston moving correctly...

Buy genuine!

That's a first! nNver heard of that happening before... Send it back!! It's a Safety Critical item and they should replace it FOC - and they should investigate just why it has cracked - and let you know, so you can in turn let US know !
