Starting problem
I need help urgently. My mm ran about 2 years ago and then I had to put her in the garage due to other time consuming things.I went to her recently and she will not start. There is not a spark at the points or at the end of the coil lead.I replaced the points, plugs, condenser and coil and still no luck. What could have happened during lay-up to cause this problem? All help accepted.

Re: Starting problem
Check all connections are tight.
Is ignition light on?
Are the connections to the control box tight?
Have you got a spark to the LT wires to the coil?
What distributor have you got? The DKYH4A normally has the condenser soldered on
Check that the insulators on the points are in the correct places
Check that the carbon brush in the dist. cap is springing in and out
