Help identifying carbs

Post by leyther8008 »

OK picked up this set of carbs a few years ago now supposedly for a minor but although the centres of the manifold is 6'' the flanges are way to small to be an A series so I'm wondering if they are a set for a sidevalve?

They are for a Ford sidevalve but will fit the Morris 918cc sidevalve, depends what cylinder head you have on. :D

Thanks mate but I've tried the Ford sidevalve people and they tell me they are 6.5'' centres on the manifold not 6'' so thats why I'm thinking flathead Minor.
