Minor History

Post by MyLulu »

I know most of the history of my '65 Minor (a car I have known for nearly 40 years, she's been there throughout my life), I have the original (as well as the updated) V5 etc,is it possible to find out anything else? It's not the original engine, but there are original parts to her, and underwent a rather expensive refurb at A Place In Bath That Everyone Knows, (disappointed with respray around roof rails that has resulted in 'rust tears').
And why is only a Morris Minor has "that" smell?

POMMreg has identified current engine as being from a 1970 traveller. I'm going to scout round and see what else I can find.
