Brake adjusters
Could someone please explain the difference between the adjusters used on 7inch and 8inch brake shoes. At Bull Motifs they sell adjusters for the 8inch shoes @ £8.50 but don`t have any for the 7inch shoes, so there must be a difference. ?

Re: Brake adjusters
The 8' adjusters are a bigger sized adjuster and only fit the front brakes on a 1098 car, the 7' are slightly smaller and work for the earlier cars with the smaller brakes on the front and on the rear of both types.
Too many Minors so little time.....
Re: Brake adjusters
David, Thanks for reply, i just wondered if the later ones would have fit. But as you explained no. Thanks again.
Re: Brake adjusters
They will -if your shoes are a bit worn....... Or take the chance to upgrade to the MUCH BETTER 8" brakes !!
