steering wheel

Post by mistarkos »

Hi all,

I have a Morris Minor MM series and there is a chance to get a Morris Minor pickup and I'm wondering if the steering wheel of the MM series is the same with the pickup.. since I have a new one in a good condition on the shelf (for the MM series)

cheers

It depends on the age of the pick up, if it is another split screen vehicle it will fit, if its a minor 1000 it wont. The 1000 steering column has splines to hold the wheel.

Too many Minors so little time.....

The flat steering wheel from a split screen car has a woodruff key fitting so is not interchangeable with the dished steering wheels
