how much is this traveller worth?

hi all been soem time since i have been on here (lost my password so had to re rejister) anyway iv spotted a morris traveller 1965 in green the wood is completly rotten it will need welding on the spring hangers and replacment sills and possably all the wings and the doors drop when they are opened if anyone can help me out with how much thats worth it would help it does come with another traveller but its beyong saving and only good for parts if anyone could give me an idea of how much i would greatly appreciate it thanks

I'd offer good scrap value, say £100?

Post up some pics, but as marky says, scrap value is a good staring point

thanks guys, yeh i was thinking that but hes got them up for 700 :oops: he says hel get 500 scrap but scrap value is only 100 per ton these days

If he thinks he'll get 500 scrap he's living on another planet... and there aren't any cats on a Minor.

It does sound like crusher fodder. :(

yeah i no, its a shame realy there just rotting away been there 20 years apparently :x

Save your money for something in better shape.
It's a shame but much better cars have already been crushed.

yeah im going to leave it the cost of restoring one would probably be around 3k and i would rather just spend a grand on one that needs a little work dont supose you no of anywhare else other than flea bay to pick up a minor that needs a little work?

Visit your local branch and ask, they often get offered Minors wanting a good home.
