When I got the car, there were a number of wiring problems with the charge lamp on all the time, wipers not working correctly and other gremlins. I took it to the garage and as well as sorting this they put a new dynamo on - I don't know where from - and the total bill was £90. Now I know you can pick good dynamos up for a tenner but the other jobs needed doing, and it's no use crying over spilt milk.

More crud new parts - and the filth-covered one I had in the shed works well after new brushes!
