Who balanced them....?? Assuming the wheels are correctly fitted (standard wheels??) and nuts firm - it MUST be balance...... OR - is there some water inside the tyre??

Has one of the balance weights dropped off? They use stick on weights on alloys.

Does state you have to re torque new wheels and nuts up as standard with most wheel packages.... are they new tyres? branded or budget?

I would check the front wheel balance - by jacking up and spinning the wheel to see if it obviously settles in any one spot. If brakes are dragging - back off the adjuster or remove pads if discs.. Mark with chalk and repeat a few times.

Have you got a bulge in a tyre may not have been noticed on balancing as lid is closed down for balancing spin wheels while off the ground to see if a wobble is visual.

Take it back to the shop that installed and balanced the tires and rims and complain.
