Hi All,
I am Head of Brand Marketing at Graham & Brown - an international wallpaper business, and we use an admittedly photo-shopped wallpapered Morris Minor Convertable in our "Making the Walls of Britain Great" ad campaign. Its actually been feature in one of your Minor Matters issues.
We have an event coming up in October where we would like to recreate the ad with a vehicle wrap (although we doubt there is a template for a morris minor!) and are looking to either buy, or preferably loan a car for the event. Vehicle wraps come off clean (if bodywork is in good order) and can actually protect the paintwork if you decided you liked it too much to part from it.
check out this

to see the ad.
Any ideas, help, feedback, warmly appreciated. If anyone is going to Carfest I could meet up with you there!
Thanks,
Alan

Hello Alan, glad to hear that you have good taste and associate the Minor with making Britain Great
In following the link, I get only 3 tins of paint - although I do like the idea of Union Flag paint out of the tin
Anyway, to help in recruiting a car, could you indicate the location where you will need it? Also, does it have to be a convertible to recreate exactly, or would you like to try a half-timbered Traveller? Good luck with the search.

Thanks for the reply - yes I should say that the car will need to be in Blackburn - although we are doing some stuff in the days before around London! An option.
Traveller is probably a bit of a stretch - but you're right we could use a hard top
