Which should be fitted first - the grey, rubberised boot floor carpet or the steel surround that fits around the fuel filler tube?
Logic suggests fit the carpet first and then scew the steel cover down on top of it, as it would otherwise be difficult to trim the carpet neatly around the steel suround. However that would leave an exposed flange on view. Is this correct?
