Likewise, I have never come across it before - I wonder what tests have been done? Cupro-nickel (Kunifer) is well proven over many years - I would definitely stick with that. A bit more expensive initially, but should never need replacing and as our lives depend on it, a very worthwhile investment to my mind.

I wonder if the 'zinc aluminium pipes are just the normal 'Bundy' piping that was universally used for many a time. you do want Kunifer (definitely NOT copper !) - but these 'polished ones are some price!! Buy a flare kit and a roll of kunifer - and make your own! It's not difficult....
