Morris Traveller.

Post by TigerWoody »

Hello All!
I have a 1969 Traveller... on the front cam follower cover I have a pipe with a perculiar canister on the end.

As you can see from the picture below it connects via a T junction to the valve cover and to the air filter... what is it/what does it do!!?

It's empty... should it have some kind of filter in it and if so how can I fit one as it doesn't seem to come apart!!

Thanks in advance!

It's an oil trap - don't worry about it - but do make sure all the pipes are clear.

Thanks for that... so I don't need a new one or a filter of some kind?
