Adjusting electric horn

Anyone know the sequence of adjusting the horn? There are two adjusters, the main screw in the centre and a smaller screw offset on the back.

Les adjust the screw in the middle

Ok thanks but I have fiddled with both screws so now have lost a starting point.

Les adjust till half way on both screws then adjust the middle till you get a pitch
