Hi
I'm restoring a 4 door and the headlining is good so I want to save it
Problem is I'm doing a colour change and need it out, I've searched the forum and read the advice about knifes etc but I can't get it out, this is compounded by not knowing what the clips look like
So has anyone any ideas? or can someone post a picture of the clips so I can see what Im trying to do please?
Thanks
Tom

You probably have it figured now but if you remove the interior light cover so you can push the wooden former slightly forward then feel with a dinner knife where the clips are, once you've located one, carefully try to push the wood forward via the light fitting to take the pressure off the clip then angle the knife and pull it back towards you to push the clip up so it releases.
It might help to release the tensioner cables at the rear if you haven't already.
