If you are a current member of the MMOC it will be £10 which covers the car, you and your wife. If you choose to camp then it'll be £5 per night per pitch booked.

Tux (if you're partying) wellies, umbrella & suntan cream are the first thing to pack for any National Rally - oh and matches if you're camping!
