new windscreen
My windscreen rubber leaks. should I go the whole hog and fit a new screen as well. the existing one is ok but has a few battle scars.

A good idea, suggest you fit the new laminated ones then if it should (we hope not) break in the future you won't be showered in sharp glass.
If the kitty will provide and you use the car daily consider a heated screen?

ser 11 or minor1000. Ser11 three to four people and several hours minor 100 easy compared to the 11.

Think ill stick with mine unless it cracks when i change the rubber if sealing doesnt work.

Unless of course.....a stone should fly up and crack the screen........ Check your insurance docs!! If you try to replace the rubber yourself, take GREAT care if it is a lammy screen - they break very very easily......
