Wiring new Speedo

I got my 59 convertible just over a year ago. It was in very good shape, but came with NO history. When I bought the car, the speedo was inaccurate. Non-standard wheels and tires are installed. Since then I've put in a 3.90 differential. I went through the exercise of measuring a 52.8 foot course and counted speedo cable turns. I get 1376 TPM.
I ordered and just received a reconditioned 1376 TPM speedo. It has the black face (original is gold).
I had previously gone through the exercise of getting a fuel sender and indicator combination that works. Indicator has a black face. So far, things are working out well.
The black speedo has a different light arrangement on the rear.
I can't identify the hole at 12:00 O'clock. It's a hole put there for a reason, but it's a mystery to me. I assume that's a grounding (earthing) lug next to it.
Clockwise, I get:
Unknown, Illumination, Left turn signal, High Beam, Fuel Gauge, Ignition, Right Turn Signal, Illumination.
What's at 12:00 O'clock, and was there an oil pressure light for the later models? Do I need a voltage stabilizer for the black fuel gauge?

The top hole is what the voltage stabiliser 'sits' in, and is secured by the nut next to it.
As for fitting the voltage stabiliser - not sure if it will run without but it's a good idea to fit it - they fitted them for a reason

Yes - you need the volts stabiliser for the black gauge. And yes - there is a low oil pressure warning light -with an orange lens in the speedo. It's usually at 7 pm looking at the face of the speedo - the red ignition light being at 5 pm on the face. The other two 'hooded' openings are for main beam lights (blue) and oil filter blocked (orange). There is not normally a direction indicator warning on the speedo - although some adapt the 'filter blocked' light for that purpose. The two 'open' holes are for the speedo illumination lights.

The sockets at 5 and 7 are labeled High Beam and Ignition. The two at 3 and 9 are unlabeled, so I've wired up turn signals. (In addition to the flashing stalk.)
I've rigged the oil pressure light to the gauge until I can come up with something better.

Sorry! I use a Mini speedo - much less expensive way of getting the correct tpm...... Has slightly different warning light positions.

The orange light at 85 MPH is the low oil pressure warning light and the orange light at 15 MPH is the blocked oil filter light which you have not got on your car
